Vincent Sloat, HVAC Service Operations Manager and Maureen Ettinger, HVAC Service Operations Administration team together to provide quality service to our customers. Our Service Team oversees the department and staff with daily tasks and duties to provide our service technicians with the highest level of information to insure the work required or requested is performed and completed to our client’s utmost satisfaction.

With 32 years of experience in HVAC and Hard Services, specializing in critical systems, Vincent brings extensive expertise to the Unitemp. He spent +10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, where he gained a deep understanding of the regulatory and managerial demands of running a large organization.

Vincent’s career began in manufacturing, working as a factory representative for 15 years. As a Master HVAC Contractor, his diverse background allows him to apply his knowledge effectively, benefiting both clients and staff, and ensuring a comprehensive approach to addressing challenges and optimizing performance.
