Vincent’s background includes more than a decade in the pharmaceutical industry, where he developed a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and large-scale organizational management. His career began in manufacturing, where he served as a factory representative for 15 years. As a licensed Master HVAC Contractor, Vincent combines technical expertise with hands-on industry knowledge, taking a strategic and solutions-driven approach to managing service operations and supporting both clients and team members.
