John Chen, VP of Operations from 2003 and now serving as VP of Engineering. John has more than 39 years of experience in HVAC college teaching, manufacturing, HVAC service, and HVAC construction. He manages and oversees most of our construction project engineering activities while providing guidance and knowledge to our service and control teams.
