Unitemp has been involved in the renovation of a new packaging distribution center for Amazon in New Jersey. The building consists of a 168,000 SF building footprint, this once existing warehouse was repositioned to provide packaging, logistics, and delivery services.
Unitemp also played a design assist role to help in the design & installation of two 40,000 CFM Air Rotation Units that provide an approximated 400 Tons of cooling capacity.
Unitemp has also installed a very comprehensive DisTech BMS System which strictly followed Amazon protocol.
